Just got off the phone with one of my first-time CEOs and I thought I’d share what he's going through so that you may benefit from this…

They are a “young” company—pre Series A, but in a great spot:  HITTING THAT ELUSIVE PMF!

Now things are moving like a freight train and everybody is scrambling to build and execute as fast as they can…

I wish they would have started working with us a year ago, sooner at any rate, because now we get to fix a lot of stuff that will take longer to fix than it would have if we’d built it right from the start, but, I know we’ll get there because… I know what they need and THEY know that they need to do the work and show up super committed and they are READY to do the work.

So we are having a lot of fun and this is some of the most rewarding work for me because we get to move fast...

In the video, I’m telling you more about what they are dealing with:

—They have a great, committed team, but people were not working in sync—even though they really wanted to!

—Their revenue was coming in much slower than it should, considering…

—They needed to raise more money so they could actually MAKE IT.

This startup was so close, but investors were hesitant because the company wasn’t looking stable enough for them to feel confident that the team and the CEO wouldn’t fold under the pressure of scaling and no investor is going to even TOUCH YOU if they don’t think that your company has all their ducks in a row.

When the CEO came into our program, we made a custom plan for them so they could get EXACTLY what they needed, and get there FAST:
